Lackeby Screw conveyor

Lackeby Screw conveyors from Lackeby Products are developed and designed for efficient transport and minimal maintenance. To enable complete transport solutions, both vertical and horizontal versions of the screw conveyor are available.

The shaftless spiral makes a screw conveyor particularly suitable for materials that tend to tangle with, or stick to, a shafted spiral. Materials with variable particle sizes and irregular shapes can also be transported without problem using shaftless screw conveyors. Shaftless spirals reduce maintenance needs, as they can work filled to a far greater degree in conveyors.

As standard, screw conveyors are made of stainless steel (1.4301) or (1.4436) with Robalon wear liners or Hardox wear bars. Spirals are made as standard of black material (S355JO), but are also avaliable in stainless steel.
